What we do
Philinox Ltd specializes in the production of:

- stainless steel boilers

- other electric heating devices and equipment made from inox.

- stainless steel tanks for the confectionery, meat and dairy industry and in general all food industry. Some of the products manufactured are vats, tanks, tanks with double walls and the ability to heat and melt chocolate, butter and cream, tables, cupboards and more.
- flue pipes with insulation and sheathing from stainless steel, designed for hotels and restaurants.
- equipment kits for distilling with a volume of 50 to 400 liters laboratory water stills.
- interior decorating accessories for public buildings - restaurants, hotels, gas stations, including stainless steel piping for curbs on the dispenser standard and optional equipment for wineries, dairies, meat companies, bread, snacks and other products.

Our stainless-steel products are mainly used in restaurants, hotels, industrial factories, gas stations, wineries, small companies in the food industry, households, laboratories and more. Depending on the desires of the costumers, we can produce a product based on a customer’s drawings which can be a non-standard equipment or machinery.

How we do it:
All our products are made of stainless steel.
- All our products are made of stainless steel. The most commonly used types of steel are AISI 304/304 L / 316 / 316 L / 316 Ti / S 310 depending on the wishes and the specifics of the product.
- Our way of welding the stainless steel is TIG arc welding processes with Argon shielding gas. TIG stands for Tungsten Inert Gas. Like that we assure the security of the welding the material and that the product in general can be used under pressure, even working in a high temperature environment. The filler rod that we use in our welding is a AISI 316, which provides even more security to the weld, with its chemical resistance components inside the rod

Stainless steel products outweigh others because:
- They are more resistant to corrosion and oxidation
- They have bigger resistance as much to low that much to high temperatures
- Better esthetic quality
- Keep the water (that comes from the central water network) in its original quality based on the official documents of the Bulgarian Ministry of Water

- Has significantly less weight than enamel ones
- Due to stainless steel mechanical properties, the material can also be cut, welded, bent, formed, machined, assembled and fabricated. This gives the advantage to craft a wide variety of products as designs, shapes and so on.
- They need less maintenance relatively low cost, and familiar luster make it an ideal material for many applications.
- Relatively low price. When we think about price, we need to differentiate meanings like “high price” and “expensive”, “low price” and “cheap”. A product is expensive when its actual price (performance, durability, warranty) is lower than the price we pay to buy it. On the other hand, cheap is considered a product that its actual price is higher than the price we pay to buy it, even if the price is higher. So, a product that we might buy it cheaper than another one, it’s not cheap when it gives us high electricity bills or if its lifetime is 3 years instead of another that has 5 years. Simply said “you get what you paid for”.
